1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 21 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who, since March 1, 2008, were or are employees or agents of WhiteWave Foods Company or The Integer Group®, LLC; independent contractors of any of the above organizations who are engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this sweepstakes; their parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries; or the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; (b) individuals engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of this sweepstakes; or (c) employees of, persons in the immediate family (spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, or children, regardless of where they live) of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. Sweepstakes starts at or around 8:00 a.m., Mountain time (MT), on April 9, 2008, and ends at 5:00 p.m., MT, on July 31, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).

2. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, access www.YourPassportToFlavor.com during the Promotion Period, and follow the entry instructions. Log on using an existing registration, or complete the information requested in the information fields (full name; complete address [no P.O. Boxes]; birthdate; daytime phone number, including area code; and e-mail address). When your registration is complete, click Enter (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified). Beginning at or around 8:00 a.m, MT, on April 9, 2008, through 5:00 p.m., MT, on July 31, 2008 (“Game Play Period”), entrants are eligible to register for and play the online International Delight Your Passport to Flavor Game (“Game”) for a chance to win a prize. You must complete Game play, but your success in the Game will not determine whether or not you are a prizewinner. You may play the Game as many times as you wish; however, only the first fifteen (15) completed Game plays per person/e-mail address per day are eligible for the chance to win a prize. A day begins at 12:00 a.m., MT, and ends at 11:59 p.m., MT, except for the first day of the Game Play Period, which begins at 8:00 a.m., MT, and ends at 11:59 p.m., MT, and except for the last day of the Game Play Period, which begins at 12:00 a.m., MT, and ends at 5:00 p.m., MT. You may enter the sweepstakes under only one name and one e-mail address. Enter using only an e-mail address subscribed to and registered in your name. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m., MT, on July 31, 2008. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail-account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet-access provider, online-service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Multiple entries per person/e-mail address per day or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or other fraudulent entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes-entry services or clubs) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING. There are three (3) prize levels: First and Second, and Flavor Launch Bonus prize (the latter will be randomly awarded one (1) on each specified launch date as follows: 4/9/08; 5/19/08; and 6/27/08).Prize winners will be randomly selected by computer, based on time of completion of Game play. Potential Prize winners will be notified after completion of Game play and must follow Game instructions to claim prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners are subject to verification. First Prize (460): A $100 hotel discount valid at Travelocity.com. The Travelocity Incentives Hotel Certificate/Card can be used toward hotel reservations made online through the TravelocityIncentives.com website only. Reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of WorldChoiceTravel.com, a division of Travelocity, LP. See www.TravelocityIncentives.com for full details of Terms and Conditions. Gift Certificate/Cards have no value until activated. Gift Certificate/Cards are activated at the time of purchase. Gift Certificate/Cards are not credit or debit cards, and have no implied warranties. Gift Certificate/Cards are redeemable for room reservations only. Gift Certificate/Cards will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit, except where required by law. Travelocity Incentives does not replace lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Certificate/Cards. If the hotel reservation price is greater than the value of the Gift Certificate/Card, the difference must be paid with a major credit Certificate/Card at the time of booking. If the reservation price is less than the value of the Gift Certificate/Card, the remaining portion will be deactivated, and is non-refundable. Reservations may be changed or cancelled anytime within the appropriate hotel's cancellations policy period at a charge indicated on the applicable website. Upon arrival and check in at a hotel, you are responsible for the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved but not consumed. This Certificate/Card is issued by Pier 35 Events, Inc., (an affiliate with WorldChoiceTravel.com, and under an exclusive license agreement with Travelocity, LP.), and reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice. Second Prize (1750): A $20 gift certificate to an online coffee retailer. Flavor Launch Bonus Prize (3): An $800 travel voucher valid at Travelocity.com and $200 cash. ARV of all prizes: $84,000. Travel discount, voucher, and gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are subject to terms and conditions of issuer at time of prize award. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entrants playing the Game and the time at which they complete Game play. The awarding of all prizes will be conducted under the supervision of The Integer Group, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judging organization.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Potential prize winners will be notified during Game play of the International Delight Your Passport to Flavor Game and will be required to follow Game instructions to claim prize. Prize redemption instructions will be e-mailed within 3–4 weeks of prize award/winner verification. Unclaimed prizes will not be re-awarded. No substitution of any prizes will be offered. No prize transfer is permitted. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit of one prize at each prize level per person, e-mail address, or household address. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner. By participating and accepting a prize, where permitted by law, each winner grants to Sponsor (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use—worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the World Wide Web—at any time(s), that winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release WhiteWave Foods Company and The Integer Group; their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees; and all others associated with the development and execution of this Web site and sweepstakes from any and all alleged or actual claims, actions, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising now or in the future from this sweepstakes; participation in any sweepstakes-related activity; and/or delivery/misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web-site users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that might occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or line; computer online system, server, or provider; computer equipment; or computer software or for failure of e-mail or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to the participant’s or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from downloading materials from this Web site. Sponsor is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the sweepstakes or to defraud Sponsor in any way (including but not limited to participation through sweepstakes clubs or similar organizations) will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to, but without limitation, infection by computer virus, worm, or bugs; tampering; unauthorized intervention; fraud; technical failures; or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not be liable to winners or any other person for failure to execute the Promotion, or supply a Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God; any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasigovernmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid); equipment failure; terrorist acts; earthquake; war; fire; flood; explosion; unusually severe weather; hurricane; embargo; labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal); labor or material shortage; transportation interruption of any kind; work slow-down; civil disturbance; insurrection; riot; or any similar or dissimilar event beyond its reasonable control.

6. DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Broomfield County, Colorado, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
